from errors or omissions or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted
and error free. Users are encouraged to report any possible malfunctions

agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from
ParkayProducts to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.

arising from the use or inability to use any product sold on this web

2. SHIPPING COSTS
2.1 The cost of shipping within the borders of North America will be
added on a once off per-product basis to the same address, see any of
the particular product's information pages for these calculations.
2.2 We do not do any International deliveries for physical packages at
this time.
3. DELIVERIES
3.1 All goods are sent via parcel post inside the borders of North
America.
3.2 All digital game items will either be sent via E-mail or in-game
deliverty systems.
3.3 Parkay Products makes every effort to assure that the information supplied
on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur,
every effort will be made to inform the buyer.
4. REFUNDS
4.1 Gametime Cards or CD Keys will under no circumstances be refunded if already delivered. Certain shipping goods such as game boxes including CD Keys will also be non-refundable. Goods containing digital value such a game currency will be non-refundable, however we will buy game currency at our set prices.
